As soon as payment is received we will process your order. 

Processing times vary and depend on the order, this means the 2-3 day USPS shipping is when it leaves our shoppe, not when you place the order.

Personal Checks and some money orders may take up to 10 days to clear payment.

Personal Checks MUST be received in 7 days of order or the order will be cancelled.

We insure orders that are more than $10.00.  If your order is broken during shipment...

Keep all original packaging....You must notify YOUR Post office and give them all the information on your mailing label along with the original packaging.  Your LOCAL post office will give you all the steps in processing a claim.  or post a claim online (we do not do this, the customer does) https://onlineclaims.usps.com/oic/landing.do
